Before you proceed with the chat installation, we suggest you sign up for an account with us first. It’s absolutely free, and you’ll need access to certain details inside in order to complete the installation.
Log in to your Vanilla admin panel and go to Dashboard.
Scroll the page and click Plugins in the left column. Next, click the Get More Plugins tab.
You’ll be taken to the official Vanilla plugin directory where you can download the chat widget if you haven’t done it before.
Once you have downloaded the zip folder, proceed with adding it to the relevant folder, as advised on the site. Enable the chat plugin when you’re done.
Finish the process by pasting the chat installation code from your Dashboard into the box. Click save once you’re done with other settings as well.
